7 Reasons why Fedex didn’t deliver
It’s been three weeks since the video of the now infamous “Fedex Delivery” went viral. At the time, I commented that if anyone was interested in the dynamics of Social Media, they should be watching this story closely. While the story has died down, the dynamics of social media and the implications are just beginning to become visible. It’s even more fascinating than I anticipated.
